By purchasing any mentorship, cohort, or training program offered by Coding Wallah, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

1. Cancellation by Participant

Participants may cancel their enrollment at any time by writing to us at:

• Once payment is made, the seat is reserved for you.
• Curriculum planning, batch sizing, and mentor bandwidth are allocated based on confirmed enrollments.
• Therefore, cancellations initiated by participants are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

2. Batch Transfers

Batch transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to:

• Seat availability
• Management approval
• Transfer fee (if applicable)

3. Cancellation by Coding Wallah

If Coding Wallah cancels a batch or fails to commence the program after collecting payment:

• Participants will receive a 100% refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• Lack of time commitment

• Failure to complete coursework

4. No Job Guarantee Clause

Coding Wallah provides skill training only.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Job placements
• Salary hikes
• Interview calls
• Offer conversions

Outcomes depend on individual effort, background, and market conditions.
